mixed-use | dallas, texas
urban re:vision is mixed-use re-conception of what a city block could be. the project responds to the site's specific conditions on three levels. the base level is shaped by pedestrian traffic throughout the site. defining the plaza are the buildings that make use of exterior passive systems based on solar orientation to provide power. the roof gardens allow for each resident to develop and grow their own fruits and vegetables. the development consists of work-live-play uses where a resident of this block could remain in the development to carry out their everyday lifestyle.
